日本可乐丽宣布未来三年的业务计划落地灯

据悉，日本可乐丽公司已经公布了一份涉及未来三年时间的中期管理计划。可乐丽公司的目标是到截止2018年3月31日的财年实现销售收入6500亿日元（54亿美元）和营业利润900亿日元，截至2014年3月31日的上财年公司的销售收入为4135亿日元，营业利润为495亿日元。此外，可乐丽预期2017-2018财年公司在日本以外地区的销售收入将占到6500亿日元总销售收入的约68%，而上财年的这一比重为55%。

可乐丽表示，未来三年公司将投资2000亿日元（16亿美元），其中约60%的投资将用于增加产能。投资将集中在多个项目，包括扩大北美的醋酸乙烯单体产能，亚洲、欧洲和北美的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛（PVB）薄膜产能，欧洲和北美的乙烯乙烯醇共聚物产能以及新建一套异戊二烯化学品装置。

在醋酸乙烯酯业务领域，公司计划到2017-2018财年实现销售收入3300亿日元，营业利润765亿日元，该业务是公司销售收入最大的业务部门。

Kuraray announces business plan in three years

Kuraray has unveiled a medium-term management plan covering the next three years. Kuraray is targeting sales of ￥650 billion ($5.4 billion) and operating profits of ￥90 billion in the fiscal year ending 31 March 2018 compared with sales of ￥413.5 billion and operating profits of ￥49.5 billion in the fiscal year ended 31 March 2014. Kuraray expects sales outside Japan to account for about 68% of the company’s ￥650-billion total in the fiscal year ending 31 March 2018, com游戏主机pared with the current share 防护眼镜of 55%.

Capital expenditure over the next three years will be ￥200 billion ($1.6 billion), and about 60% of that will be used for increasing production capacity, Kuraray says. Capex will be focused on various projects including expanding the production capacity for vinyl acetate monomer in Nor稳压管th America; polyvinyl butyral (PVB) film in Asia, Europe and North America; ethylene vinyl alcohol in Europe and North America; and on constructing a new plant for isoprene chemicals, the company says.

In its vinyl acetate business segment, which is the company’s largest in terms of sales Kuraray aims to record sales of ￥330 billion and operating profits of ￥76.5 billion in the fiscal year ending 31 March 2018.
